Individual and Group Qi Therapy Sessions

What is Qi Therapy?

Qi Therapy is based on the principles of Qigong. Qi Therapy sessions can be done individually or in groups, and can be used for multiple purposes, such as improving health or enhancing specific projects:

Qi Therapy for Health

Qi Therapy can help with many areas of life, in particular health issues.

Because Qigong works at a fundamental level, it addresses and improves all levels of our being: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Individual and Group Qi Therapy works by drawing sick or unhealthy Qi out of the body and replenishing the body with healthy Qi.

Taking into account that:

(a) scientifically-speaking: Qi = energy + information + matter, meaning that illness and disease are a build-up of unhealthy information and energy and matter in the body

and

(b) whilst energy cannot be destroyed, it CAN be transformed,

by using Qigong Qi Healing principles we can draw out unhealthy Qi (energy and information) from the body and replace it with pure, healthy Qi from an unlimited supply in the universe.

Not only does Qi Therapy beneficially effect our physical body, it simultaneously affects our mental and emotional selves, which is very important for health: a healthy mind and consciousness is not only KEY to good health and recovery from illness - it is a prerequisite!

Qi Therapy for Enhancing Personal and Work Projects

Qi Therapy can also be used to enhance and support projects we are working on, for example:

If we remember Qi is the most fundamental substance or building block in the universe, the quality and quantity of Qi in our body-mind will affect ALL levels of our being: ie, our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves.

Qi Therapy can positively affect our Shen (consciousness / mind), enhancing the faculties of our mind such as our thinking, clarity, focus and creativity. This in turn affects our emotions and body.

History of Yuan Gong

Master Yuan Tze (Bin Liu) - teacher of Zhineng Qi Gong
Master Yuan Tze, creator of Yuan Gong

Zhineng Qigong was created and launched by Master Yuan Tze as a brand new Qigong system in 2013 and Kim was fortunate enough to be amongst the first teachers trained in this new method.

In April 2013 Master Yuan Tze announced that after 40+ years of training, he had chosen to bring a new Qigong system to the world. He felt people needed a simple form of Qigong which was easy to learn, effective and a pleasure to practice.

  1. La Qi (pulling Qi) - to draw pure Hun Yuan Qi from the Universe into the body to replenish and rejuvinate, and expel sick or unhealthy Qi

  2. Rou Qi (kneading Qi) - to assist in the gathering and mixing of Qi

  3. Yong Dong (Qi moving like worms) - to improve the flow of Qi into the limbs
